As a community care worker your role will include supporting with:
- Encouraging independence
- Personal and incontinence care
- Medication
- Meal preparation
- Light domestic duties
- Other elements outlined in each person-centered support plan.
Driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this position as you will support people in the community to live independently in their own homes.

Our Requirements:
- You will need to be caring, kind, patient, reliable, honest, and trustworthy.

- You must have the right to work in the UK.
