The purpose of Supported Living is to provide residents with care and support services as much as required in their own home. This might be a fully structured, daily care package, or ad hoc support – such as personal care needs, meal preparation, medication prompting and administration, shopping and social calls – as and when needed.

There is a core team of First City Care staff who work in the building and 24-hour staffing support is available to ensure that someone can respond quickly to any emergencies. Tenants can call on their emergency pendant to raise the alarm to the Carers on site if there is an emergency.
