    Key Information

    • Contract: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (flexibility in hours will be required to meet the needs of the business)
    • Rate: £28,100 per annum - plus mileage. (based on a 40-hour week) – additional earnings when partaking in out of hours service.
    • Driving Essential – You must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
    • Location: Isle of Wight - We serve East Cowes, Wootton, Binstead, Ryde, Seaview, St Helens, Bembridge, and Brading.

    Your Responsibilities

    As a Team Leader, you’ll support both customers and colleagues, ensuring care standards are met across the service. Your role will include; Leading and mentoring care staff across the business, Providing office cover and assisting with customer support planning when required, Maintain accurate records and help implement individual care plans, Supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes, Participating in the out-of-hours service on a rota basis and Delivering hands-on care including personal support, mobility assistance, and medication administration.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A minimum of 1 year’s care experience, ideally within a community based setting  (in a senior capacity would be beneficial)
    • NVQ 2 or Above in Health and Social Care or equivalent - highly desirable
    • A full UK driving licence and access to a car.
    • A natural leader who’s compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic about making a difference.
