  • Ensure telephone calls are answered in a timely, polite and professional manner
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed and entered onto relevant systems
  • Support with the delivery of the on-call rota, dependent on the needs of the business. This will include being the designated contact for the out of hours teams during evening/weekends and supporting all aspects of care delivery.
  • Support the field team covering customer visits to support the business needs when required.
  • Be the 1st line of support for carers and clients with care related enquiries
  • Ensure compliance is met within the office and the care calls
  • Assist and support the manager
  • Maintain integrity when dealing with confidential matters
  • Provide supervisory support and instruction to care staff

Sensory Impairment Support Worker

Up to £11.72 per hour Full Training, Mileage, Pension

We currently have several opportunities across Swindon for enthusiastic, reliable, motivated and caring individuals to provide support to clients who have a sight loss or dual sensory impairment.

Key areas of support are enabling weekly shopping, upkeep of general house hold duties, dealing with written and telephone correspondence and leisure activities. This can include but isn't limited to; Visiting garden centres, Country parks, assistance to appointments/ attending medical appointments.

Support is provided in various locations including a person's home and the community to enable service users to remain as independent as possible. The ideal candidate will have good and clear verbal communication skills, have the ability to work confidently using their own initiative and be empathetic to quickly adapt to new clients.

A cleaner is required for a Part Time cleaning position at the Head Office of First City Nursing Services LTD.

We have 2 positions available, commercial cleaning experience preferred but not essential

Working Hours: 2 hours during business hours x3 day a week. 8am - 10am / Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Duties Include:
