Two years ago Diane shared with us about how the introduction to First City had been.

Here's how things are going now...

Over the last 2 years since joining First City, I have developed so much and become much more confident in my role and delivering the best care I can with the skills I have been trained to use to achieve this. This journey has been strengthened with the mandatory training modules offered by the company and also my enrollment on the diploma level 2 course in care.

This is not just a job to me, its a passion and I strive to be the best i can be.
